Introduction
Baoding Huayue Rubber Belts Co., Ltd started business by producing rubber belts since 1986. It has been one of top 10 conveyor belts manufacturers and is the major factory of fabric conveyor belt in China.
It covers an area of about 180’666m2, including building area 26’666m2. There are more than 300 staffs in our company. Registered capital is 200 million CNY, and annual production capacity is 30 million square meters. It has a complete R&D center and Testing Center. Our main products include steel cord conveyor belt, EP, Nylon conveyor belt, PVC PVG whole core fire resistant conveyor belt, sidewall conveyor belt, tear and fire resistant steel cord conveyor belt, more than 200 subclass types and sizes.
History
1986 Huayue's predecessor,"Daqi Rubber Belt Factory",was established.
1995 "Daqi Rubber Belt Factory" changed to "Baoding Huayue Rubber Belts Co.,Ltd."
2001 Huayue expanded its investment with the size four time bigger than before.
2002 Huayue became the first factory in China to develop and produce polyester/cotton canvas conveyor belts.
2003 Huayue became the first factory in Hebei Province to develop and produce PVC/PVG whole core fire retardant conveyor belts.
2004 Huayue started its international business by exported belts to Middle East.
2005 Huayue started to produce sidewall conveyor belts.
2006 ERP management system was introduced to Huayue. Huayue's laboratory got testing qualification of provincial levels.
2009 Annual production of multi-ply fabric conveyor belt reached more than 10 million square meters. Huayue was awarded the title of China Top 10 Conveyor Belt Manufacturer by China Rubber Industry Association.
2010 Huayue established the leading mixer center in China and started production of steel cord conveyor belt.
2011 Huayue built E-commerce platform to enlarge world business.
2012 Huayue Industrial Park Project were launched.
2015 Circular Economy Industrial Park was established and became top 3 conveyor belt manufacturer in China.
